Prepared for Keyland Compliance Group

Systems I've Designed and Built

Prepared for the CTO / Technology Director role at Keyland Compliance Group. Below is every website, CRM system, customer portal, SaaS platform, and web application I've built — each with the business problem it solved, my role, the technologies used, and real usage numbers. I've grouped them into the five categories you asked about.

Licensed Electronics Engineer GoHighLevel Certified Admin n8n Certified (4 badges) Six Sigma Yellow Belt CTO, The 414 Project
On scope and honesty: I built every system on this page myself, end-to-end — design, development, automation, and deployment. Where I know exact user numbers, I've given them; where a system's meaningful scale is operational rather than seat-based, I've said that instead of dressing it up. Two entries are clearly labelled as demonstration builds rather than client deployments.

Websites I developed

Twelve-plus client sites in production. Most are not brochure sites — they're the front end of a CRM and automation system I also built.

Genesis Credit

Credit Repair
genesiscreditrestoration.com ↗
Problem
Prospective clients had questions the team couldn't answer 24/7, and document intake and follow-up were fully manual, slowing the whole credit-repair process down.
My role
Designed and built the site, an AI chat agent trained on a dedicated knowledge base, document-upload automation, the full customer pipeline, and Zapier/webhook integrations. Also secured A2P 10DLC approval so SMS could go out compliantly.

AEMR

Medical Education (Spain)
cursos.eng.aemr.es ↗
Problem
A Spanish medical academy needed to sell and deliver a high-ticket course online and track thousands of leads through a sales process, without a patchwork of disconnected tools.
My role
Built the 17-module course platform, Stripe payment flows for packages up to €7,450, the email campaigns, and the sales pipeline.

Squirrel Insurance

Insurance
squirrelinsurance.com ↗
Problem
Leads filled out a generic contact form and waited for a manual callback, and the team had no automated way to be notified of new signups.
My role
Built the website, automated form-to-CRM onboarding, and instant team-notification triggers — then secured A2P 10DLC approval for compliant SMS.

The Bill Busters

Service Company

Problem
Bookings were coming in, but the team had no automatic way to be notified or to log them for reporting.
My role

Meritex Canada

Corporate
meritex.ca ↗
Problem
The company had no way for prospects to get an instant quote online, and no consistent way to request and collect client reviews after a project finished.
My role
Built the corporate site, the AutoQuote web app (detailed under Web Applications below), and an automation that requests, tags, and routes client reviews on job completion.

Wolfpack Basecamp

Business & Credit Coaching
wolfpackbasecamp.com ↗
Problem
A community page alone couldn't carry an offer bundling credit repair, funding strategy, a website, a CRM, and coaching into one membership. Converting cold traffic and organising eleven service "departments" per member would have depended on manual follow-up that couldn't scale.
My role
Designed and built the public funnel and website, set up the GoHighLevel CRM account, and built the marketing automation that moves new leads through onboarding.

Wisdom Church of Manila & Celeste Nicolas Ministries

Non-Profit / Ministry
wisdomchurchofmanila.org ↗
Problem
The church needed to accept local Philippine payment methods — not just cards — for donations and store purchases, with no automated way to route or acknowledge them.
My role
Built the website and online store, integrated Xendit into GoHighLevel for local payment methods, and built the automation flows that route and acknowledge payments. I then extended the same system to cover Celeste Nicolas Ministries rather than rebuilding it.

Federal Barbers

Barbershop
Problem
The shop had no online presence and no way for customers to book — everything ran on walk-ins and phone calls, with no-shows untracked and no follow-up to bring customers back.
My role
Built the site with services menu and booking flow, then automated the whole appointment lifecycle: opt-ins tagged into the pipeline, confirmation plus 24-hour/1-hour/5-minute reminders, showed and no-show statuses updating the pipeline and creating staff tasks automatically, a thank-you with PDF gift on completion, and a 30-day rebooking reminder.

Additional client sites

Various
Problem
Each needed a credible, conversion-focused web presence without a long custom-development cycle.
My role
Built each end-to-end:
· SSSGRP Litigation Support — landing page for a use-of-force and law-enforcement expert-witness practice, built to establish credibility with attorneys and insurance carriers and convert them into a case-consultation request.
· Funded Biz — funding and credit-repair funnel with an AI chatbot to pre-qualify leads before the sales call.
· Charity Lift — donation-focused site promoting US charities.
· DeAnna Crawford — masterclass funnel with lead scoring and an automated social content calendar.

CRM systems I built or customised

This is the deepest part of my experience. I'm a certified GoHighLevel admin and have managed 360 sub-accounts — but the transferable skill is pipeline design, lifecycle automation, and integrating a CRM with everything around it. One of these I built from scratch in Python rather than configuring a vendor platform.

GoHighLevel at scale — 360 sub-accounts

Multi-Tenant Administration
Problem
Running CRM instances for a large number of separate client organisations without each one becoming its own manual maintenance burden.
My role
Administered 360 GoHighLevel sub-accounts — provisioning, workflow templates, permissions, and shared automation patterns reused across accounts instead of rebuilt per client.

Space Coast Leads

Lead Generation
spacecoastleads.com ↗
Problem
The team needed a repeatable way to capture, qualify, and move leads through a pipeline while sourcing new prospects at scale.
My role
Built the customer pipeline, document signing, Apollo.io integration for lead sourcing, five demo funnels, and the SOP flowchart mapping the whole process end-to-end before any of it was automated.

Genesis Credit

Credit Repair
genesiscreditrestoration.com ↗
Problem
Client documents arrived by email and were filed by hand, prospects asked the same questions around the clock with nobody to answer them, and there was no single view of where any client sat in the process.
My role
Built the full customer pipeline and the document-upload automation that feeds it, plus an AI agent trained on a dedicated knowledge base to answer client questions 24/7, and Zapier/webhook integrations connecting the CRM to everything around it. Also secured A2P 10DLC approval so the pipeline could send compliant SMS.

cursos.eng.aemr.es ↗
Problem
Thousands of leads for a high-ticket course, and no single system tracking who was where in the buying process or following up with them automatically.
My role

Lifecycle & lead-scoring builds

Multiple Clients
Problem
Across clients, the recurring failure was the same: leads and customers moving through stages with no automated handoff, so follow-up happened only when a person remembered.
My role
Built the CRM layer for each — Federal Barbers' full appointment lifecycle with automatic status-driven staff tasks, DeAnna Crawford's lead scoring, Squirrel Insurance's form-to-CRM onboarding, and Wolfpack Basecamp's CRM account and onboarding automation.

Customer portals

Logged-in or self-service environments where a customer does something for themselves instead of emailing a person.

Level Up Academy

Member Portal / Community
Community ↗
Problem
Free training content existed everywhere but had poor completion rates — nothing kept learners engaged past the first lesson.
My role
Built a gamified member portal — character selection, quests, XP, and leveling automations — plus a social content calendar, multi-calendar booking, and 360 managed sub-accounts. This is my own platform, built and operated by me.

AEMR course portal

Medical Education
cursos.eng.aemr.es ↗
Problem
Students who paid for a high-ticket medical course needed a place to actually access and work through it, and the academy needed delivery to happen without manual admin per student.
My role
Built the 17-module student portal and connected it to Stripe payment flows so purchase and access provisioning were one automated path.

Sunwise

Solar Energy
Live preview ↗
Problem
Homeowners assume every solar company inflates its savings numbers, so they hesitate to even take a sales call — while the sales team wastes hours running manual calculations for leads who turn out to be unqualified.
My role
Built a mobile-first self-service calculator with progressive disclosure, a formula-based estimation engine using regional sun-hours by ZIP and local utility rates, and a separate lead-scored admin dashboard for the sales side. Automation upserts each submission into the CRM, tags it hot/warm/cold, alerts the rep on hot leads, and emails a branded PDF report generated with ReportLab.

Woop creator dashboard

Creator Platform
Problem
Brands needed to run pay-per-view creator campaigns without manually tracking submissions, views, and payouts across every creator.

SaaS platforms

Multi-user products with their own data model, auth, and dashboards — written in Python, not assembled from a page builder.

Vanguard Credits

Credit Repair
Problem
Manually reading credit reports, deciding what to dispute, and drafting compliant letters for each bureau ate hours per client and didn't scale past a handful of active cases.
My role
Built the whole platform: a parser handling 4 different credit-report formats, a 17-rule dispute-classification engine, and automated FCRA letter generation for all three bureaus. It also carries its own CRM layer — a custom Kanban pipeline board tracking every case through its dispute rounds, with scheduled 30- and 35-day follow-up reminders tied to the statutory clocks. NextLevel

Productivity SaaS
Problem
Freelancers were juggling five or six separate tools for tasks, invoicing, client tracking, and habits — losing time and context switching between them.

Web applications & services

Everything I build is mobile-first and browser-based rather than a native app — including the site you're reading this on, which runs its own booking and notification backend.

AutoQuote

Corporate / Quoting
Problem
Prospects had no way to get an instant quote online — every enquiry needed a person to price it and reply, which cost the business speed at the exact moment a buyer was deciding.
My role
Built the AutoQuote web app for Meritex Canada, giving prospects an instant quote without waiting for a callback.

Affiliate Signup Alerts

Serverless Integration
Problem
Affiliate signups had no real-time visibility — the only way to know a new trial had come in was to log into the platform and check manually, so new leads sat unnoticed for hours.
My role
Built a serverless function that receives the provider's webhook, defensively extracts the signup's details across inconsistent payload shapes, and posts a formatted alert to a private channel. Handles rate limits with automatic retry-after backoff, and always returns 200 so the provider never retry-storms the endpoint on a downstream hiccup.

Problem
A third-party calendar embed couldn't be styled to match the site, and the contact form had no backend at all — submissions were silently discarded.
My role
Replaced the embed with a custom booking widget backed by my own serverless API that reads real calendar availability and writes confirmed bookings back to the CRM, with a race-condition guard that re-checks the slot immediately before writing. Also built a contact endpoint that validates and escapes input, silently drops bot submissions via a honeypot, and delivers each enquiry to me over Telegram.

My role
Built ten complete n8n systems — missed-call text-back, speed-to-lead qualification, dispute-status notification, visitor follow-up, zero-touch onboarding, cart recovery, AI resume screening, invoice and overdue reminders, multi-channel appointment reminders, and AI ticket triage with knowledge-base search.

How this maps to Keyland Compliance Group

I haven't worked in transportation compliance before, and I won't pretend otherwise. What I have built repeatedly is the machinery a compliance-services business actually runs on: deadline-driven regulatory workflows, document intake, filing generation, and a CRM holding it all together.

Compliance tracking automation

Vanguard Credits tracks regulated dispute cases against statutory clocks — a 17-rule classification engine deciding what action each item needs, with scheduled 30- and 35-day follow-up rounds. Recurring filing deadlines like UCR, IFTA, MCS-150, and Clearinghouse queries are the same problem shape: a rule set, a calendar, and an escalation when something is about to lapse.

Document processing systems

That same platform parses four different credit-report formats and generates bureau-specific filing documents automatically. Genesis Credit added client-facing document-upload flows. Carrier document intake — CDLs, insurance certificates, MCS-150s — is the same pipeline: ingest a messy document, extract structured fields, generate the filing, attach it to the right record.

GoHighLevel — the CRM you named

Your posting lists GoHighLevel alongside HubSpot, Zoho, and Salesforce. I'm a GHL Certified Admin who has administered 360 sub-accounts and built production pipelines on it for six clients. If Keyland is already on GHL or considering it, that's zero ramp-up time.

A2P 10DLC — regulated messaging

I've secured A2P 10DLC approval for three separate clients. Any SMS programme reaching drivers or carrier contacts has to clear this, and it's a process that quietly blocks projects for months when nobody on the team has done it before.

Customer self-service

Sunwise's calculator and Meritex's AutoQuote both replace "fill in a form and wait for a callback" with an instant answer. Carriers checking authority status, requesting a permit, or getting a filing quote are the same interaction — and every one handled by software is one your team doesn't answer by phone.

Customer service automation

I built an AI chat agent for Genesis Credit on a dedicated knowledge base, plus an AI ticket-triage system that answers from the knowledge base when confident and routes to a human with a written summary when it isn't. Compliance questions are exactly the high-repetition, high-accuracy category this suits.

Payments & billing

Stripe flows handling transactions up to €7,450 for AEMR, and a Xendit-to-CRM integration for local payment methods that cards alone couldn't cover. Filing fees, consortium enrolment, and permit charges all need the same reliability.

Internal tools & reporting

Sunwise's lead-scored admin dashboard, Vanguard's Kanban board, and NextLevel's multi-view dashboard were all built so the operator sees priority order at a glance instead of reading a list. That's the same requirement as leadership reporting on carrier status and filing deadlines.

A note on how I work

I'm an Electronics Engineer by training and spent five-plus years as an engineering professor before moving into automation full-time. I still think in systems rather than tasks — which in practice means I map a process before I automate it, because automating a broken process just makes it break faster.

Everything above I built myself. That's the honest answer to "solo or team," and for a company at Keyland's stage I'd treat it as the relevant one: I can take something from problem statement to deployed and running without needing a team assembled first.
